Indian 2 is set for a grand theatrical release on July 12, 2024, in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Directed by Shankar Shanmugam, the movie stars the versatile Kamal Haasan in the lead role.

The film’s audio launch event took place last night in Chennai, marked by a grand celebration attended by numerous guests along with the film’s cast and crew. During the event, director Shankar announced that Kajal Aggarwal, who plays a significant role, will not appear in Indian 2. Instead, her scenes will be featured in Indian 3.

This news has slightly disappointed Kajal’s fans, who have been eagerly waiting to see her perform alongside Kamal Haasan in this major project. Their anticipation will now extend until the release of Indian 3.

Siddharth and Rakul Preet Singh star as the romantic leads in this movie, with SJ Surya, Bobby Simha, Vivek, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Brahmanandam, Samuthirakani, Nedumudi Venu, Delhi Ganesh, Manobala, Jagan, Kalidas Jayaram, Gulshan Grover, Zakir Hussain, Piyush Mishra, Akhilendra Mishra, and others in pivotal roles.
