Yesterday, a young woman named Lavanya filed a police complaint against actor Raj Tarun. In her complaint, Lavanya alleged that she and Raj Tarun had been in a live-in relationship since 2014. She went on to allege that Raj Tarun is now dating a Mumbai-based actress and demanded action against him for cheating on her.

Raj Tarun promptly reacted to the allegations leveled against him. Interacting with the media this evening, he revealed that he knew Lavanya since his short film days, and they were in a live-in relationship from 2014 to 2017. “I distanced myself from Lavanya after I found her consuming drugs. I have remained silent all these days to safeguard my privacy and dignity. There is no truth to her allegations that we got married and that I am currently dating a Mumbai actress. The entire industry knows that I have vowed to never marry,” said Raj Tarun.

The young hero went on to say that he would fight a legal battle and requested everyone to support him in this case. Raj Tarun’s upcoming release is Thiragabadaraa Saami. The film’s trailer was unveiled earlier this week, and it received a decent response.
