Teja Sajja’s HanuMan took the box office by storm all over. The movie, directed by Prasanth Varma, is registering fantastic occupancies in both domestic and international markets. This superhero film received rave reviews from critics, and word of mouth is highly positive.

From the beginning, the makers pinned hopes on the Hindi market, and the movie is off to a fair start at the Bollywood box office by collecting 2.15 crores nett on its first day. Apart from a couple of press meets, the team didn’t promote the movie in North, and yet the collections are good. Hindi audiences always encourage good content films even though they lack any star value.

In the past, Karthikeya 2 started with about 30 lakhs nett and went on to collect 30 crores nett. HanuMan is also expected to show a similar trend. Till the arrival of Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter on 25th January, there is an open ground for HanuMan. Dunki and Salaar have come to the end of their theatrical run, and this is surely the best time for HanuMan to mint big numbers in the Hindi belt.
