Director Prashanth Varma’s superhero film Hanu-Man underwent censor scrutiny today, and the censor board has awarded a U/A certificate for the film. The movie has now completed all its formalities and is ready to hit the big screens on 12th January 2024.
Featuring Teja Sajja in the lead role, Hanu-Man is the first Indian superhero film where the protagonist will be seen having the superpowers of Lord Hanuman. He will fight the anti-hero to protect his people. The concept revealed through the theatrical trailer created a massive buzz around the movie.
Amritha Aiyer played the leading lady. K Niranjan Reddy produced the film under the banner of Prime Show Entertainment. Vinay Rai, Varalaxi Sarathkumar, and Samuthirakani played pivotal roles. The film, set in the fictional village of Anjanadri, is the first installment of the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU).
