The drama surrounding Kangana Ranaut’s spat with PTI journalist Justin, at a recent event, refuses to die down. Following the verbal spat between the two at the trailer launch of Judgementall Hai Kya, the Entertainment Journalists’ Guild stated that they are going to impose a ban on her if she doesn’t apologise for her remarks.

However, just few days later, Kangana released another video where she made a lot of derogatory remarks on journalists and said that most of them are deshdrohis and not honest. The guild, Press Club Of India, and several other associations criticised the actress for her remarks and stressed that they will ban all coverage about her.

In a startling new development, Kangana has sent a legal notice to the Entertainment Journalists’ Guild demanding an immediate withdrawal of ban imposed on her and has given them an ultimatum of 24 hours. She stated, in a legal notice, that if the ban isn’t lifted then she will proceed legally and demand huge compensation from the guild.

Kangana’s lawyer, in the legal notice, wrote, “Now before my client is constrained to initiate strict proceedings and other actions including seeking huge compensatory (monetary) damages from you Addresses, for the said illegal acts already committed by you, she is hereby through me, giving you one last and final opportunity to rectify all wrongs so committed by you within 24 hours, failing which all actions as may he initiated by my client under constrain shall be entirely at the risk, costs and consequences of the board members of your organization.” It remains to be seen how the entertainment journalists’ guild is going to react to this legal notice.
