Krithi Shetty’s Malayalam debut film Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM) is having a dream run at the box office. The film, which has Tovino Thomas as the protagonist, is even taking the trade pundits by surprise with its sensational long run. The action adventure directed by Jithin Laal (Directorial debut) clashed with the mystery thriller Kishkindha Kandam.

ARM didn’t have unanimous reviews like Kishkindha Kandam, yet it is on the verge of joining the Rs. 100 crores gross club very soon. The movie grossed around Rs. 97 crores gross until now, and it will be a piece of cake for this Tovino Thomas starrer to reach the three-digit mark. On its 25th day, ARM collected over Rs. 1 crore in Kerala, a feat that no Malayalam film has achieved in the past.

ARM opened much bigger than Kishkindham at the box office in its opening week. However, the Krithy Shetty starrer trailed behind Kishkindha Kandam in the second week. Interestingly, the adventure thriller showed an abnormal trend in its third and fourth weeks, helping it maintain a healthy lead over Kiskindha Kandam.

ARM features Tovino Thomas in a triple role. The movie also has Surabhi Lakshmi, Aishwarya Rajesh, Basil Joseph, Shivajith, Harish Uthaman, Rohini, and others in pivotal roles. It is jointly produced by Magic Frames and UGM Entertainment.
