Bollywood movie Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, featuring the star couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, was released in theaters in September 2022 and emerged as one of the super hit Hindi movies of the year. Now, the film’s director Ayaan Mukerji has dropped an interesting update about the film’s upcoming installments.

The filmmaker has released a press note in which he mentioned, “I have been focused on creating the Vision for Part Two and Part Three – which I now know will be bigger and more ambitious than Part One! I have learnt that we need a little more time to perfect the script of Brahmastra Two and Three! And… I have decided that we are going to make the two films… Together! Allowing them to also release closer together!”

Besides, he also announced that Brahmastra Part 2 and Part 3 will be released in December 2026 and December 2027, respectively. So, fans of Brahmastra have to wait for 3 more years to watch the second installment in the Brahmastra trilogy.
