Naga Chaitanya has faced several failures in recent years. Currently, he is working with director Chandoo Mondeti on the film Thandel. It is based on the real-life story of Raju, who inadvertently entered Pakistani waters and spent nearly two years in jail before returning to India.
The next Thandel schedule is scheduled to commence on June 10 at Ramoji Film City. After shooting for a few days at RFC, the team will move to Srikakulam to film some crucial scenes. The film’s music is composed by Rock Star Devi Sri Prasad, who has already completed the re-recording of two songs.
Sai Pallavi is playing the leading female role in the film, who previously shared the screen with Naga Chaitanya in Shekhar Kamula’s Love Story. Thandel is being produced by Bunny Vas under GA2 Pictures and is presented by the esteemed producer Allu Arvind. The makers are planning to release this love saga on December 20, 2024.
