Tollywood’s epic blockbuster Kalki 2898 AD was released in cinemas on June 27, 2024, in multiple languages, creating a global sensation. Directed by Nag Ashwin and headlined by the pan-Indian star Prabhas, the movie has grossed over ₹1000 crore worldwide.

The film recently made its digital debut on both Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. On Netflix, only the Hindi version is available globally, and it’s been two weeks since its release on the platform.

In a significant achievement, the movie climbed to the number one spot in the Films (Non-English) category during its second week, amassing over 2.6 million views in that week alone (August 26 – September 1, 2024).

This represents a notable improvement for the movie on the global charts of the renowned streaming platform, and it will be interesting to see what further milestones it reaches in the coming weeks.
