Tollywood star Nandamuri Balakrishna’s son Mokshagna’s highly anticipated debut film was supposed to have its launch ceremony last week. However, the event was called off at the last minute as Mokshagna was down with fever. The as-yet-untitled film was to be directed by Hanu-Man fame Prasanth Varma.
The postponement of this high-profile movie led to speculations that Mokshagna’s debut film will be directed by Kalki h2898 AD belmer Nag Ashwin. However, putting an end to the rumors, the makers of Mokshagna’s maiden film issued the much-needed clarification. “There have been some baseless rumors circulating regarding the project. We assure you that they are not true,” read th announcement.
The Prasanth Varma-Mokshagna film is part of PVCU. Sudhakar Cherukuri’ is bankrolling this prestigious project under his Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas in association with Balayya’s younger daughter Tejaswini’s Legend Productions.
