The year 2021 witnessed the release of Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab, the Telugu adaptation of the super hit Bollywood movie Pink. Helmed by Venu Sriram, the movie features Shruti Haasan in the female lead role.
After three years, the hit film is set for a grand re-release tomorrow across AP and TS. However, there’s surprisingly little buzz, with ticket bookings lower than expected compared to Pawan Kalyan’s other re-releases. This suggests a shift in audience interest in re-releases in the Telugu states.
Featuring performances from Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, Ananya Nagalla, Prakash Raj, Mukesh Rishi, and others, the legal drama was produced by Dil Raju, Sirish, and Boney Kapoor, with Thaman as the music director.
