Kalki 2898 AD has taken the box office by storm. Nag Ashwin has once again proved that he is the man to watch out for in the days to come in world cinema.
Kalki had multiple cameos and one of them was popular heroine, Mrunal Thakur. She played a tiny role and is seen in the initial ten minutes of the Prabhas and Deepika Padukone starrer.
When asked about her presence in Kalki, Mrunal says that she did not even ask the makers for the story or her role. “I knew that Kalki would create a sensation of sorts and I was glad to be a part of it,” says Mrunal.
Mrunal Thakur played the female lead in Vyjayanthi Movies’ last film, Sita Ramam which was a smash hit at the box office. Mrunal was last seen in the flop Vijay Deverakonda film, Family Star.
