On the occasion of actor Vijay Deverakonda’s birthday, the renowned production banner Mythri Movie Makers announced a new film, tentatively called VD 14. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, this project marks his second collaboration with Vijay Deverakonda after Taxiwala.
Described as a period action drama, the film’s intriguing concept poster has been unveiled. It depicts the legend of a cursed land, set between 1854 and 1878, with a stone-carved king on horseback.
With minimal details revealed, the makers have successfully piqued the audiences’ curiosity. This project adds to Vijay Deverakonda’s repertoire of pan-Indian films, with shooting set to commence soon.
Meanwhile, Vijay also has projects with Gowtam Naidu Tinnanuri and Ravi Kiran Kola, each at different stages of production. Stay tuned for further updates on these three exciting ventures.
