Naga Chaitanya’s Telugu-Tamil bilingual action drama, Custody, wrapped up its production formalities recently. The makers are currently busy with the post-production work. And today, Chay, Custody’s director Vikram Prabhu and producer Srinivasa Chitturi met legendary music composer Ilayaraja in Hyderabad.
Ilayaraja has just landed in Hyderabad for his “Raaja Live in Concert.” Sharing his fan moment with the music Maestro, Chay took to Twitter and wrote, “Such a big smile on my face meeting the Maestro Ilaiyaraaja sir, his compositions took me through so many journeys in life.. so many times have I played out a scene in my head, pictured a script with his reference.. to now rajasir composing for #custody. Truly grateful (sic).”
Custody features Krithi Shetty as the female lead. Kollywood star Arvind Swami will be seen as the antagonist, while Priyamani dons a powerful role. The film also has senior Tamil hero Sarathkumar, Sampath Raj, Premji, Vennela Kishore, Premi Vishwanath, among others. The film is scheduled for its worldwide release on May 12.
