King Nagarjuna’s recent flick Naa Saami Ranga collected good revenues in theatres. The rural action drama directed by Vijay Binni also featured Allari Naresh, Ashika Ranganath, Raj Tharun, and Mirnaa Menon in pivotal roles. Today the team conducted the success meet in Hyderabad.

Nagarjuna said, “I am forever grateful to Akkineni fans for their unconditional love. Irrespective of flops and hits, they give me a bundle of energy with their love and warmth. Though we communicated about the release at the last minute, our distributors supported us, and I am thankful to them. I miss my team now. I enjoyed shooting for Naa Saami Ranga.”

Nagarjuna continued, “I have been thinking about Naa Saami Ranga for the last few days, and that’s how much I am connected to the film. ANR Garu’s statue was unveiled on September 20, the day we started shooting. Even my family members didn’t know about the shoot. When I said that I was planning to release Naa Saami Ranga for Sankranthi, they got shell-shocked.”

Nagarjuna also said, “No one believed that we could make it to Sankranthi. But my team never lost hope. Keeravani Garu designed a timetable that came in handy. He gave us songs and background score on time. I am also thankful to the media people who supported us. See you next Sankranthi.”
