Thalapathy Vijay is currently immersed in filming his upcoming project directed by Venkat Prabhu. Tentatively titled Thalapathy 68, Meenakshi Chaudhary is playing the female lead.

Over the past few weeks, fans eagerly anticipated the release of the film’s first look and title on the first day of 2024. However, it seems the production house has not made any plans for an update at the moment. A new rumour making rounds on social media suggests that the title and first look might be revealed during Pongal 2024. This brings a slight disappointment to dedicated Vijay fans who were eagerly awaiting a special treat this New Year.

Thalapathy 68 boasts an exceptional ensemble cast, including Mic Mohan, Jayaram, Sneha, Laila, Yogibabu, VTV Ganesh, Ajmal Amir, Vaibhav, Premgi, Ajay Raj, and Aravind Akash in pivotal roles.

AGS Entertainment, led by Archana Kalpathi, is backing this project, with Yuvan Shankar Raja on board as the music director. Stay tuned for further updates as the film’s shooting is currently underway.
