Double Ismart will hit the screens on August 15, 2024, and there is a very solid buzz for the film. The pre-release event was held in Hyderabad today, and it was a grand success.
Speaking at the event, director Puri Jagan spoke highly of Ram Pothineni. “When I think of Double iSmart, the one name that comes to mind is Ram Pothineni. The energy Ram brings is unparalleled. We can see Ram’s energy when he just walks onto the sets. It doesn’t just excite me, but it energizes me,” said Puri.
He added, “Ram brought that edge to the character with the hairstyle, body language, Telangana slang, and, more importantly, the attitude. No one other than Ram can portray the role of Double Ismart.”
Kavya Thapar plays the female lead in this film which also has Ali in a key role. Mani Sharma has composed the music for this action drama which is the sequel of Ismart Shankar.
