NTR’s ambitious project, Devara, continues to set the cash registers ringing. The movie, directed by Koratala Siva, is made on a whopping budget of Rs. 300 crores. NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts jointly bankrolled this heavy-duty action drama, with tunes composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
The movie is having a splendid run in the Nizam region. After scoring an all-time top two opening record in this territory, the film showed a remarkable hold in its first weekend. The weekdays have started on a promising note, and Devara minted Rs. 37 crores share in Telangana for the first five days.
On the fifth day, this PAN Indian action film collected a distributor share of Rs. 2.37 crores from Nizam. Today, Devara is cashing in on the Gandhi Jayanthi holiday advantage, showing solid gains at the ticket windows. This NTR starrer is expected to perform well for the next couple of weeks utilizing the Dusshera holiday season.
