Talented director Ravi Babu is well known for his crime thrillers Anasuya and Amaravati, which are considered among the best in Tollywood. He is now coming up with another crime thriller named Asalu, which stars Poorna in a vital role. He is the creator and producer of Asalu. Besides, he will be seen in an important role.
Today the team unveiled the trailer of Asalu. It opens with the brutal murder of Chakravarthy, a professor. Ravi Babu, a Police officer, enters the scene and starts the investigation. Who killed the professor? What is the killer’s motive? Did Ravi Babu catch hold of the killer? What is Poorna’s role in the movie?
The answers will be known on April 13th, the date on which the film premieres on ETV WIN. The trailer promises an engaging crime thriller ahead. The movie marks the OTT debut of Ravi Babu. Uday and Suresh directed Asalu, which is bankrolled under the Flying Frogs banner. SS Rajesh composed the soundtracks.
