Panchayat is a comedy-drama TV series created by ‘The Viral Fever’ exclusively for Amazon’s Prime Video. Two seasons, with a total of sixteen episodes, have been out so far and received massive responses from audiences across the globe. Having said that, a third season of this series has been much-anticipated by fans.
As expected, the third season was released in the last week of May. With a total of eight episodes, it is now available for streaming on Prime Video. Set in a rural backdrop, it narrates the tale of an engineering graduate who ends up working for a panchayat after failing to get a job of his calibre.
Directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra, it stars Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, and Raghubir Yadav in lead roles. Anuruag Shaikia has composed the tunes for this TV series.
