Saaho is one of Prabhas’s stylish films and was directed by Sujeeth. The film had Shraddha Kapoor as the female lead and it was her debut in Telugu cinema.
But did you know Shraddha was not the first choice of the makers? None other than Katrina Kaif was supposed to do the film, but she backed out at the last minute.
Going into details, the makers approached Katrina initially, and she showcased interest in the film. But as she got a big offer to star in Salman Khan’s Bharat, the star heroine ignored Saaho, citing date problems, and backed out of the film.
It was then that Prabhas suggested Shraddha Kapoor’s name, and the rest is history. Shraddha and Prabhas shared a solid chemistry in Saaho and their pairing was liked by many.
