Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, the first collaboration between pan-Indian star Prabhas and Kannada director Prashant Neel, was released in cinemas last December and captivated audiences, especially Prabhas’ fans.
Recently, the makers confirmed that production for Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam will begin at the end of this month. However, over the past few days, several rumours have circulated online, suggesting that creative differences between Prabhas and Neel had caused the film to be shelved, leading many to believe these false claims.
Contrary to these rumours, the filmmakers posted a picture of Neel and Prabhas smiling together with the caption, “They can’t stop laughing.” This indirect confirmation from the team reassured fans that the movie is still on track, effectively silencing the rumormongers and winning the hearts of Prabhas’ followers.
Salaar 2 will see the return of the major cast from the first part, along with a few new characters. Hombale Films will produce this sequel on a massive scale with utmost care. Ravi Basrur will compose the music. Stay tuned for more details.
