Bollywood Megastar Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan arrived in theatres this Eid season. The movie received mostly negative reviews, and hence it resulted in a shocking day-one collection. The mass action entertainer just raked in 15 crores nett on day one, which is low considering the stardom of Salman Khan.
But the movie has shown superb growth on day two, utilizing the Ramadan holiday. With a growth of over 60% from day one, the movie collected a stunning 25.75 crores on its second day. The two days collections now stand at 41.5 crores nett. Though the content is outdated, Salman Khan’s unrivaled following among the masses helped the film to an extent.
Today being Sunday, the film is again expected to do well. The litmus test for the movie will begin from Monday, and it should be seen how the Salman starrer will hold on the weekdays. Pooja Hedge played the female lead, while Victory Venkatesh played a key role. Farhad Samji directed Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which is the remake of Ajith’s Veeram.
