Megastar Mammootty has been delivering a string of hits across various genres. Social media is abuzz with the news that Mammootty is teaming up with director Gautham Vasudev Menon for an upcoming film.

According to the latest buzz, there are discussions about casting Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the female lead in the film, which is reportedly an action thriller. The film’s regular shooting is scheduled to commence on June 15th in Chennai, with Mammootty joining the shoot on June 20th. Megastar Mammootty and Samantha have previously appeared together in an advertisement.

The film will be produced under Mammootty’s production banner Mammootty Kampany. On the other side, Mammootty has recently garnered success with Turbo and is currently occupied with Kadugannawa Oru Yatra and Bazooka. Meanwhile, Samantha’s Citadel: Honey Bubby, the Indian version of the American series Citadel, is ready for release. It is directed by Raj and Dk, with Varun Dhawan in another lead role.
