The biggest moment in Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’s box office journey has arrived. On Sunday, its 18th day since release, the Nani-starrer has finally entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club. With this, Nani has scored his third Rs 100 crore grosser in his 16-year-old career.
India’s numero uno director SS Rajamouli’s iconic experimental drama, Eega, was Nani’s first-ever Rs 100 crore movie. Released in 2012, the film had collected a total gross of Rs 107 crore worldwide. And Dasara, the intense action drama that released in 2023, ended up collecting Rs 121 crore, becoming Nani’s second Rs 100 crore grosser.
Also starring Kollywood stars SJ Suryah and Priyanka Mohan in lead roles, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is directed by Vivek Athreya and produced by DVV Danayya under his DVV Entertainment banner. Jakes Bejoy is the film’s music composer.
