Venu Yeldandi left a long-lasting impact with his directorial debut film Balagam. Despite not featuring any stars, the movie won the hearts of the audience and also became a box office superhit. The director’s next film is titled Yellamma, and it will be produced by Dil Raju. Initially, the film was announced with Natural Star Nani in the lead role.

However, Nani left the project for unknown reasons, and later, the makers cast Nithiin as the protagonist. The latest update is that Venu Yeldandi brought sensational actress Sai Pallavi to play the female lead role. Reportedly, Sai Pallavi is satisfied with the way her character is written and gave her nod.

Yellamma will be the first film for Nithiin and Sai Pallavi together. The makers will make the formal announcement very soon. The project will start rolling in 2025 once the actors are done with their existing commitments. Dialogue writer Sai Madhav Burra, who worked for RRR and Hari Hara Veera Mallu, is penning the dialogues.
