Dunki marks the first collaboration between legends in their respective roles: actor Shah Rukh Khan and director Rajkumar Hirani. The film was released in cinemas a day before the release of Prabhas’ Salaar and grossed over Rs. 470 crore at the box office.
The movie is back in the spotlight as director Rajkumar Hirani received an invitation to attend a screening of the film at the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF). This is a remarkable honour for the team, and there is a possibility that the movie may be released in China soon. Hirani will represent the film at the festival, and we are waiting to see if SRK will accompany him.
Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar, Anil Grover, and others played key roles. Gauri Khan of Red Chillies Entertainment, Jio Studios, and Rajkumar Hirani of Rajkumar Hirani Films jointly produced the film.
