Two unidentified motorbike-borne persons opened fire outside Bollywood Megastar Salman Khan’s Bandra residence this morning at around 4:50 AM. This news has come as a shock to fans and movie buffs. According to the reports, those two people fired four to five rounds into the air outside the Galaxy Apartments where the actor resides.

The local Police officials registered a case and started their investigation. The forensic team also thoroughly checked the site. The two people wore helmets when this incident happened, and as it was so dark, the CCTV camera couldn’t capture the bike registration number.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde spoke to Salman Khan over the phone. The Chief Minister held a discussion with the Mumbai Police Commissioner and asked the latter to increase the security for the Superstar.

Salman Khan didn’t receive any death threats after this incident, and as many as 15 teams have been deployed to arrest the accused. Police reported that a 7.62 weapon was used in the firing and that there is a possibility that those two could have moved out of Mumbai.
