Kollywood actor Sivakarthikeyan and ever-gorgeous Sai Pallavi played the lead roles in the patriotic film titled Amaran. The movie is the biopic of Major Mukund Varadarajan, a commissioned officer in the Indian Army’s Rajput Regiment. Mukund Varadarajan was posthumously awarded Ashoka Chakra for his actions during a counterterrorism operation.
After teasing fans for the past few days, the makers have now announced the release date. Amaran arrives in cinemas on 31st October during the Diwali festival. The makers unveiled a fierce poster of Sivakarthikeyan to reveal the release date. Rajkumar Periasamy of Rangoon fame is the director.
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, R Mahendran, and Sony Pictures International Productions are producing the movie on a gigantic scale, and there is good hype around this flick. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the tunes. Amaran will have a multi-lingual release.
