Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya and successful director Chandoo Mondeti collaborated once again after Premam for the highly anticipated love saga Thandel, which is based on real incidents. The movie commenced its shoot recently. Naga Chaithanya has gone the extra mile and underwent a complete makeover for this film. He even learned the Srikakulam slang. The movie’s shoot began in Udupi.

Then, the shoot shifted to Gokarna, and the film’s leading lady, Sai Pallavi, joined the team. The film is presented by Allu Aravind and produced by Bunny Vasu under the banner of Geetha Arts. Coming to the technical crew, National-award-winning composer Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is roped in to beautify the love story with his soundtracks and score. Shamdat will crank the camera to offer a visual spectacle. Srinagendra Tangala will look after the art department.
