The much anticipated Indian 2, directed by Shankar Shanmugham, is set for a grand release tomorrow. The film starring legendary Kamal Haasan is the sequel to the Tamil industry hit Indian, which was released in 1996. The Tamil and Telugu advances have picked up pace at the right moment. During the Telugu promotions, Shankar addressed the rumors regarding Kamal’s screen time. The director clearly stated that Ulaganaayagan will be seen throughout the movie.

In a recent interview, Shankar disclosed that Kamal Haasan will make his entry 20 minutes into the film. Shankar said, “There is a rumor circulating that Kamal sir will make his entry only after the interval. That’s not true. Hero’s entry will happen at the 20th minute. Even till Kamal sir’s intro, all the characters in the movie will talk about him. His presence will be felt throughout. Even when he is not around, people will feel his aura.”

Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Samuthirakani, SJ Suryah, Bobby Simha, and others are part of this flick. Star heroine Kajal Aggarwal will be seen only in the third part, which will release in 2025. Anirudh Ravichander composed the tunes for this biggie.
