Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, headlined by Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan, did the unthinkable at the Bollywood box office. The horror comedy entertainer had a direct clash with the massive multi-starrer Singham Again during Diwali. Everyone felt Singham Again would win the race easily due to its star-studded cast. Much to everyone’s surprise, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 dominated the box office race and emerged as the Diwali winner.
The latest update is that this superhit film will be available for streaming starting tomorrow, December 27. Netflix acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights. The OTT platform revealed the premiere date in a funny manner, with a clip featuring Kartik Aaryan. Just like any other Hindi film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has a theatrical window of eight weeks.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa is a popular franchise among movie buffs. It originated with Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan. Later, Karthik Aaryan replaced Akshay Kumar in the second and third installments. All three films turned out to be huge money spinners.
The threequel also stars the latest sensation, Triptii Dimri, and evergreen beauty, Madhuri Dixit, in key roles. Anees Bazmee directed this flick while T-Series bankrolled it. In its lifetime, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 earned about Rs. 280 crores nett in India.
