Kollywood star hero Thalapathy Vijay will soon become a full-time politician. He has two films in his hands currently, and both of them have solid buzz in the trade circles. His next theatrical release is The G.O.A.T, which is being directed by Venkat Prabhu of Mankatha and Maanaadu fame. It is a sci-fi entertainer laced with family elements.
The latest update reveals that Kerala theatrical rights of The G.O.A.T have been acquired by a popular distribution house for a whopping 17 crores. To be in the safe zone, The G.O.A.T must earn over 40 crores gross. Despite mixed reviews, Leo collected over 24 crores share in Kerala.
The distribution company wants to provide the best release possible for The G.O.A.T. The movie also features Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prashanth, Mohan, Prabhu Deva, Laila, Jayaram, and Sneha in crucial roles. The G.O.A.T is being produced under the AGS Entertainment banner, and it is being released in Telugu by Mythri Movies. The film will open in cinemas worldwide on September 5.
