Thalapathy Vijay’s The GOAT is slated for a grand release on September 5th. Apart from The GOAT, Vijay will do one more film before venturing into full time politics. Hence, fans are eagerly waiting for these two films. Vijay’s last film is tentatively titled Thalapathy69.

For many days, there have been rumors that H. Vinoth will direct Thalapathy69, but till now, nothing has been announced. In an award function, H. Vinoth himself has confirmed that he will be directing Thalapathy69. The director is known for films like Dheeran Adhigaaram Ondru (Khakee in Telugu), Nerkonda Parvai, and Sathuranga Vettai.

There was also a rumor that Thalapathy’s last movie might be a political action draman to boost Vijay’s image. However, H. Vinoth has revealed the movie isn’t a political film but a commercial entertainer. According to reports, this big-ticket film will go on floors in October. Premalu fame Mamitha Baiju is said to be playing a vital role.
