Mahesh Babu’s nephew Ashok Galla will be next seen in the film, Devaki Nandana Vasudeva. The film’s story is penned by Hanu-Man director Prasanth Varma. Initially, the makers opted for a November 14 release, leading to a head-to-head clash with Suriya’s Kanguva and Varun Tej’s Matka.
But the latest update from the makers reveals that the release has been postponed to November 22. The reason behind the postponement is not clear. However, the makers took the right decision by averting the clash with a PAN Indian film, and this would provide more attention to the film.
Shankar Pictures has acquired Devaki Nandana Vasudeva’s worldwide theatrical rights. Varanasi Manasa plays the female lead opposite Ashok Galla. Directed by Arjun Jandyala, the film was produced by Somineni Balakrishna under the Lalithambika Productions banner. Bheems Ceciroleo has composed the tunes.
