After F2 and F3, actor Venkatesh and director Anil Ravipudi have joined forces for their hat-trick film. Titled Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, the highly anticipated family entertainer is gearing up for its release on January 14 as a Sankranthi festive treat. The film, also starring Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary in lead roles, is being produced by Shirish under Dil Raju’s presentation.

And here’s an exciting update for all Venky fans. A fun BTS video released by the makers this evening shows Anil Ravipudi planning to rope in a popular playback singer from Bollywood or Mollywood. However, Venky, in his ever-amusing style, urges Anil to let him sing the song himself. Vexed with Venky’s constant nagging, Anil finally relents and asks Bheems Ceciroleo to let the actor sing. Venky has crooned a special festival song in Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, which is currently being filmed under choreographer Bhanu Master’s supervision at Ramoji Film City.

Venky has earlier sung the chartbuster Jingidi Jingidi song from Saala Khadoos’ Telugu remake, Guru. Needless to say, this soon-to-release third song from Sankranthiki Vasthunnam will be a memorable affair for all Venky fans. Stay tuned for the song launch.
