Versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi’s landmark 50th film Maharaja emerged as a solid blockbuster both in Tamil and Telugu languages. Directed by Nithilan Saminathan, Maharaja is the biggest earner in Vijay Sethupathi’s career with over 100 crores gross.
After its successful theatrical run, the film has now made its digital debut. Maharaja is now available for streaming on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada audios with English subtitles attached to it. The theatrical window is 28 days.
Given its solid performance in theatres with exceptional critical acclaim, Maharaja is expected to gain good traction on OTT as well. Anurag Kashyap, Mamta Mohandas, Natty, Bharathiraja, Abhiram, Singampuli, Aruldoss, and Munishkanth played vital roles. Maharaja is bankrolled by Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy. Ajaneesh Loknath composed the tunes.
