Long back, Nithiin joined hands with Chal Mohan Ranga director Krishna Chaitanya for a powerful political action drama named Power Peta. The project was planned as a multi-part movie on a massive scale, but it was kept on the back burner for many reasons. Later, Nithiin walked out of the project, and many felt the movie was shelved permanently.
But during the release of Vishwak Sen’s Gangs of Godavari, Krishna Chaitanya gave clarity that Power Peta was very much on. The director added that he would announce more details once the script work is completed. The latest buzz in the film circles suggests that Krishna Chaitanya is planning to revive Power Peta with Vishwak Sen.
As Krishna Chaitanya felt Vishwak Sen would be the right fit for Power Peta, he is said to have approached the actor by making a few changes to the script. Power Peta is an out-and-out mass film set against the backdrop of Eluru. More details will be out soon.
